Leicester have taken the lead in their Europa League Group C. The Foxes won 3-1 over Legia Warsaw. Leicester can also thank two Africans for this success: the Zambian Patson Daka and the Nigerian Wilfried Ndidi.

Patson Daka opened the scoring in the 11 th minute. His 5 th goal in the Europa League. He thus returns to a unit of the top scorer of the competition, Cameroonian Karl Toko Ekambi from Lyon. Midfielder Wilfried Ndidi closed the scoring in the 36 th minute, scoring the 3-1 goal. Before this game, Leicester was last with 5 points. The two Africans therefore offer a precious success to the champions of England 2016.

But nothing is played in this Group. Leicester (1 st , 8 pts) is ahead of Spartak Moscow (2 nd , 7 pts), Naples (3 rd , 7 pts) and Legia Warsaw (4 th , 6 pts). All the teams can therefore qualify… or also be eliminated. The 6 th and last day offers a very nice shock between Naples and Leicester.
