It is the crisis at the  Mouloudia Club of Algiers  .  Indeed, the team is shaken on Monday by the resignation of its Chairman of the Board of Directors (CA), Abdennacer Almas.  “I have officially submitted my resignation.  I can no longer work in these conditions,  ”confirms Almas.  However, the latter continues to deal with matters until the appointment of his successor.
