Although the Tanzanian-born musician has been born in Burundi, he has expressed his desire to entertain Rwandans and declares that he loves Rwanda more than he loves Tanzania. so much so that he is competing with Tanzanian artists as someone who has been looking for a living as he claims.
Much to his surprise, the young man also revealed that his parents used to call him I have a medal because of the skills they found in him and what they wished for, as a reminder that the Burundian artist was born in Cankuzo province but is now living in Tanzania.
