Stade Malien: resignation of Mamoutou Kané

Mamoutou Kané leaves Stade Malien. The former coach of the U20s of Mali, appointed on August 31 to head the technical staff of the Whites, resigned following the defeat (1-0) of his team in the derby against Djoliba AC. This is the third setback for the Malian stadium in as many matches this season.

Boubacar Guèye has been appointed as interim until the appointment of a new technician, said the club, 20 times champions of Mali in a press release published on Tuesday, November 29. The interim is a former club player. Last year, he led FC Seaman (Club de D2). In 2009, he was assistant to Djibril Dramé at Stade Malien. The duo gave the club its first continental trophy.

Djbril Dramé, currently on the bench of the Eleven creators of Niarela, is also approached to replace Mamoutou Kané at the head of the Whites.
