A young man so called Allan Maniraguha a rwandesse by nationality who fled from Rwanda in 2018 things have turned against him. This young man according to his age, it is expected that he has a great deal with the people who are against the government of Rwanda .
He was born in September 09th 2000, His father was among the soldiers who never signed the army contract for Rwandan army he was so called Rwabwiga Roberi, in 2002 his father started up a group that he called the United Rwandesse for Patriotism and Democracy U.R.P.D this group was liked by so many people but later He was kidnapped and was killed. So this young man was taken away from Rwanda when he was still an infant no one knows where he grew up from. After some years he was seen back again in the Republic of Rwanda (2017) in a district of Gasabo .
According to the gospel that is moving around seems that he had come to give back fire to the people who got involved in the kidnap that led his father to die yet behind the room suspected to be the the government of Rwanda .
We don’t know what brought back this man to Rwanda and his plans to the government of Rwanda especially to the people who killed his family, according to our reporter Dianne Ninahazwe who is in United States she has informed that Maniraguha Allan he is at a wanted he might be knows everything about the people who are against the government ofRwanda in simple way he is a Traitor .

The office of the intelligence from the government of Rwanda has said that Its all uder controll anytime they will capture him and he will explain much about what his problem and even more about U.R.P.D that was formed by his late dad. They are expecting this group to be working with other Rebbel groups.
So many people in Gasabo Rwanda they are crying for this young man having involved himself in politics at his age of 23 others they are advising him wherever he is let him surrender.
